Cleancare does not convert your total into any other currency, other than Australian dollars. We will charge your credit card in Australian dollars and your credit card company will convert the charges for you. Please note American Express and Diners Club incur a 4 percent surcharge. If stock is unavailable, a customer service representative will contact regarding an alternative selection. Promotion Codes Occasionally, Cleancare will offer certain customers promotion codes of various discount amounts from time to time. Customers may need to first purchase a minimum value of products from Cleancare in order to qualify for a promotion code. These promotion codes can only be redeemed on the Cleancare website. Promotion codes can be used any number of times within the promotion dates specified on the promotions terms and conditions. When you order from Cleancare and you choose to redeem a promotion code, the discount associated with the promotion code will be credited to your order. Each promotion code will expire on the date shown on the promotions terms and conditions. The discount associated with the promotion code cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or redeemed in any relevant retail store. If you misplace your promotion code, we cannot replace it. Please note; we do our best to ensure that goods are shipped in a merchantable condition, and cannot accept responsibility for handling encountered once a product has left our manufacturer's dispatch. We can ship to virtually any address within Australia, please contact us for overseas deliveries. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
