We can ship to virtually any address within Australia. Shipping is weight-based and is calculated automatically at checkout according to your delivery state or territory and the total weight of your order.

Delivery Rates & Timeframes

The table below shows our standard delivery estimates and shipping rate ranges for orders up to 500 kg. The exact shipping cost for your order is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

Rates shown apply to orders between 0–500 kg; heavier orders sit toward the higher end of each range. Delivery estimates are in business days and exclude order processing time.

How Shipping Is Calculated

Because our products range from small bottles to bulk drums and powders, shipping is charged by weight. At checkout, our system combines the total weight of your order with your delivery state to calculate the applicable shipping cost before you pay.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible during business days. The delivery timeframes above begin once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Where tracking is available for your delivery, tracking details will be included so you can follow your order’s progress.

International Shipping

For overseas deliveries, please contact us before ordering. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Damaged or Faulty Deliveries
