Refund and Return Policy
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
CleanCare is committed to your complete satisfaction. If, in the unlikely event, the products you receive do not meet your expectations or do not match the description provided, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Any request for a return must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note that returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
How to Request a Return
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@cleancare.com.au or by phone.
To help us process your request quickly, please provide:
- Your order number;
- The product(s) involved; and
- The reason for the return, including photos if the item is damaged or faulty.
Our team will review your request and advise you of the next steps.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
We take great care to ensure all products are dispatched in good condition. Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Where possible, please provide photographs of the issue to assist with our assessment.
We will work with you to provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind Returns
We may accept change-of-mind returns at our discretion, provided the product is unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
Unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once your return or claim has been reviewed and approved, any refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 7–8 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
We will keep you informed throughout the process.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
