Cleancare offers a 100% guarantee of satisfaction. If, in the unlikely event, the products you receive are not to your total satisfaction or do not match the description provided, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to put it right.

How to Request a Return

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@cleancare.com.au or by phone. To help us assist you quickly, please have the following ready:

  • Your order number;
  • The product(s) involved; and
  • The reason for the return and, where relevant, a photo of any damage.

Our team will then guide you through the next steps for a return or resolution.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

We do our best to ensure that goods are shipped in a merchantable condition. However, we cannot accept responsibility for handling encountered once a product has left our manufacturer’s dispatch. Please inspect your goods on arrival — if they are damaged, do not accept or sign for the order, and contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once your return or claim has been reviewed and approved, any refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your card provider or bank. We will keep you informed throughout the process.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in this policy limits or replaces your rights under those consumer guarantees.
